THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE Once your deletion request is confirmed, your account, pregnancy data, AI chats, doctor notes and forum posts will be permanently deleted within 30 days. A Premium subscription must be cancelled separately through Apple/Google.

Fastest way: in the app

To delete your account and all your data instantly, go to Profile > Privacy & Security > Delete Account in the app. This immediately deletes all your health records, AI chats, forum content and uploaded files. Commission and referral records that tax law requires us to keep are not deleted; they are stripped of your identity and kept anonymously.

Request form

Enter the email address linked to your account and your request. You get a confirmation email within 24 hours, and deletion is completed within 30 days.

Confirmations

Your email app has opened

Your request has not reached us yet. It does once you tap Send in the email that opened. If your email app did not open, write to the address below directly. Once we receive your request, we send a confirmation email within 24 hours and delete your account within 30 days.
